This Procedure specifies the minimum requirements for the numbering, approval and distribution of project documents and for the coordination between CLIENT, CONTRACTOR and other third parties. Based on this requirements, Contractor shall develop detailed procedure.

The objectives of this procedure are to ensure that :

• Communications between CLIENT and CONTRACTOR are identified and controlled
• Procedural requirements for dispatching project documents to CLIENT are implemented
