This document specifies the minimum requirements for project planning, scheduling, and Progress control and reporting. Based on these requirements, CONTRACTOR shall develop detailed procedures, specifying organization and responsibilities, methods, forms and reporting.

CONTRACTOR may with CLIENT’s prior consent use its standard procedures, modified as Necessary to meet the project requirements.
